1 tablespoon quick oats
1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 can water (use the salsa can)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat
