Instructions

golden brown.  Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3

minutes.  Add the chipotle peppers (with some adobo sauce) and cook for another minute.

Pour in sour cream, heavy cream, and chicken broth, stirring well. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.

3. Combine Chicken with Sauce: Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges. Pair with rice or warm tortillas
